Build operation excellence strategy and roadmap for 5-year plan

Objective of the exercise was to develop an operation excellence strategy and roadmap for next 5 year to deliver $5M savings (called 5 in 5)

Work Performed: Developed complete plan to move from static to on-demand value chain, identifying key opportunities across four pillars. Strategy map was developed using Balance Score Card Model including goals, process improvements and enablers.
