Objective was to build back end systems and processes including reporting & monitoring.
Work Performed: Developed comprehensive process list, prepared all SOPs, developed basic to advanced reporting & monitoring systems, dashboards to provide timely action against key audit points, provide complete visibility on investments to service providers and clients.
