Objective of the program was to develop Asian manufacturing units into world class sourcing centres.
Work Performed: Developed complete strategy, roadmap and investment required to transform existing manufacturing units into GMP certified sourcing centres for supply of products into other developed countries including domestic market. Lead millions of dollar worth of investment, performed complete restructuring of team and developed fully integrated systems & processes.
