End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy & Roadmap development

Objective of the program was to align all cross functional projects under one umbrella to ensure delivery of key projects.

Work Performed: Aligned E2E strategy under key pillars BUY, MOVE and SELL & INTEGRATE. Consolidated all cross functional projects under this model for governance and simplification.  Developed regular reporting cadence and dashboard for presentation to the board members.
