ERP: Migrate core business functions from Legacy applications to SAP ECC
Objective was to integrate Legacy applications with SAP ECC and harmonize business processes for the Enterprise.
Work Performed: Led project delivery for migrating Pharmacy and Front Store master data to SAP and harmonizing system solution and business process for listing the items, assortment and order management. Led large team size of almost 80-100 resources to deliver this complex project over the period of three years. Multiple Vendors engaged in the delivery process to delivery efficiencies for the Business.
